General Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns. However we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receiving them for a different item of the same value, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied with a receipt. 

 

Exceptions:

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only allowed in cases of damaged goods.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please email us at orders@chorla.com within 2 days of receipt, attaching photos & videos of the damaged product.

 

Refund Process

Upon inspection and receipt of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and credited to your original method of payment. 

 

Shipping Costs

For return shipments, you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original packaging, using a reputable courier provider such as BlueDart or FedEx. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly use a pre-paid trackable shipping method for returns.

 

Sale Items and Cancellations

   - Only regular-priced items may be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

   - Cancellation of your order is acceptable within 24 hours of placing your order. Please write to us at orders@chorla.com with your cancellation request.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders in India

 

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping subject to a minimum cart value of 200 USD.  Import Duties & taxes are not included in the product & shipping price. The Customer will be responsible for any custom or duties that are incurred. 

 

Damaged Packages

If you suspect the package is damaged or opened upon receipt, please do not accept the delivery. Instead please take a photo & video of the package & email us at orders@chorla.com. 

 

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 25 days for delivery as they are handmade. However please know we will endeavour to have your order to delivered to you at the earliest possible time. 

 

Urgent Delivery

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at orders@chorla.com.

 

Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and phone number.

Ensure your delivery address is correct and provide OTP verification upon delivery.

All sizes and lengths of jewellery are clearly mentioned on the website. We encourage you to review this information carefully before making your purchase.

 

Refund Policy on Sizing Issues

We are unable to offer refunds for purchases made due to sizing issues. Please ensure the accurate sizing of your desired product before completing your purchase.

Other Considerations

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random causes, including wear and tear.

We make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Modification of Policies

Chorla reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notification.
